Buffalo Chicken Sliders

1 Package of Dinner Rolls

1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing

1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion

1/2 Cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce

3 Boneless Chicken Breasts

2 Tsp Minced Garlic

6 Tb Salted Butter

1 Cup Hot Sauce (Frank's Red Hot)

Sriracha Hot Sauce

1/4 lb Thinly Sliced Mozzarella Cheese (from deli counter)

1 Tb Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Take butter out of the fridge and bring to room temperature. The softer the better!

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add chicken breasts and cook for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from water and place to the side and let cool.

Add 3 Tb of butter and 1 tsp of minced garlic to a small sauce pan on medium low heat. Saute minced garlic in butter until its soft and starting to permeate with smell. Add Frank's Red Hot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

With two forks pull apart chicken breasts on a cutting board. Its easiest to hold chicken in place with one form and pull away chicken from the breast with the second fork. Once chicken is pulled, add to saucepan of hot sauce, garlic and butter mixture. Stir throughly to fully coat pulled chicken with sauce.

(Optional - Once chicken is coated, with a pair of tongs, place shredded chick on a paper towel. This will soak up excess sauce that will make your dinner rolls too soggy.)

Meanwhile, slice entire package of dinner rolls in half, keeping the entire sheet of them connected together. Add blue cheese dressing and evenly spreading over dinner rolls (don't break them apart!). Next, add the chopped onion distributing over sheet of dinner rolls. Then add the shredded lettuce. Add the shredded chicken. For extra flavor and a little bit of heat, drizzle Sriracha Hot Sauce over chicken. Then, layer cheese slices over chicken. Use half of the chopped fresh parsley and garnish over cheese. Add top layer of dinner rolls (still connected to each other).

Take your softened butter and add to a small cup or bow. Add remaining fresh parsley and remaining minced garlic. Stir together. Next, spread over the top layer of dinner rolls. Place in the oven at 475 degrees for 10 minutes or until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and place on a cutting board. Take a knife slice vertically and horizontally in between each row to create individual slides.
