Ingredients
- 2 bags of whole cranberries (24 oz)
- 2 apples
- 3 Tb of granulated sugar
- 1 Tb fresh lemon juice
- Fresh rosemary to garnish
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and pat dry. Add to food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped.
- Slice apples and add to food processor. Pulse until they are finely chopped (you do not want cranberry and apple mixture to turn to a watery consistency. Stop pulsing once mixture is course but NOT chunky)
- Add sugar and lemon. Pulse one more time.
- Stir mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Best to make ahead of time and save overnight. Before serving add sugar and/or lemon to balance sweet and tart as you like. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve!
